WINTER/SPRING
HOUSE LEAGUE INFORMATION
Saturday, February 6th, is the first day of the Winter/Spring House League. The on-ice times for the DYNO-MITES and MITES are as follows;
ALL DYNO-MITES ARE ON THE ICE SATURDAY AT 8:30 AM*
ALL MITES ARE ON THE ICE SATURDAY AT 9:35 AM*
ALL SQUIRTS, PEEWEE & BANT./MGT's PLEASE CHECK THE POSTED ROSTERS FOR TEAM ASSIGNMENTS AND THE POSTED LEAGUE SCHEDULES
The first weekend is always a practice weekend.
Please remember to allow enough time to check in at the table in the lobby.
*The Mite and Dyno-mite Divisions are expected to arrive fully dressed so we can avoid crowding the lobby.

GAME DAY PROTOCOLS
- CDC approved face coverings must be worn at all time. *
- Dyno-Mites, Mites and Squirts can only enter the building 15 min prior to game time and must be fully dressed to play.
- Peewee and Bantams can only enter the building 30 min prior to game time.
- Upon entering the building, you will have your temperature taken, questionnaire filled out, contact tracing information recorded.
- Approved face coverings will be worn while in locker rooms.
- Approved face coverings can only be removed when the player is putting on their helmet.
*(Players may opt to wear an approved face covering if they wish.)
- Bench personnel must wear approved face covering at all times.
- One water bottle per player may be brought to the bench and absolutely no sharing of water bottles.
- Players and bench personnel must socially distance while on the bench as much as possible.
- Absolutely no spitting while on the bench, ice or anywhere in the building.
- No team celebration or support around the goalie at the end of the game.
- No handshake will be permitted at the end of the game.
- Once players have returned to the locker room and their helmet has been removed, approved face mask must be worn.
- No bathroom showers are permitted to be used.
- Once player is dressed, they must exit the building via the North Rink parking lot door. DO NOT re-enter the lobby.
- Per the NYSDOH only two spectators will be permitted in the building per athlete. This will be strictly adhered to.
PLEASE, SIGN UP EARLY TO AVOID BEING CLOSED OUT. SPACE IS LIMITED.
PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION.

The Rinx continues our long standing support of USA Hockey by joining forces for all levels of our Recreational House League. Our Youth Hockey League offers players the opportunity to enjoy year round competitive hockey without the travel. The Rinx Youth League is dedicated to cultivating and developing players in the sport of Ice Hockey, but unlike other non travel leagues, we focus on improving hockey skills of our players and training of coaches all in an atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship, with an emphasis on having FUN.

Off Ice Programing
The Rinx Health and Fitness, located behind the North rink, is a leader in Sports Training. USA Hockey ADM recommends off-ice programming that will encompass Strength, Stamina, Cardio, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Quickness. Register directly in the Health and Fitness center.
*The Rinx reserves the right to cancel programs or adjust the dates and times as necessitated by ice availability and participation level.*
How to Register
USA Hockey is required and can only be done on line at www.usahockeyregistration.com.
Once you receive your registration number, you can register for the House League in person, by phone or online

Register today, space is limited!
Program fees are non refundable, except for documented illness (i.e.. physicians note).
All players must report to their programs at The Rinx at least 30 minutes before the program time. Players will be notified via the website/email of their first scheduled ice time. All participants must check in at the registration tables before entering the locker rooms or ice surface. The Rinx/PAL provides assistance in determining where a player is best suited.
We reserve the right to place players appropriately according to experience and age levels.
Full equipment is required - including skates, shin guards, hockey pants, protective cup, elbow pads, gloves, shoulder pads, an approved helmet with full face shield and mask, hockey stick, and neck guard.
