Our T/Th Classes are heading to White Post Farms Thursday, October 19th.
We are very excited to be going on a special trip with all the children to White Post Farms. This will be a special time for you to share with your child. The following is the information about the trip.
WHEN: Thursday, October 19th for all the Tuesday/Thursday children.
A parent or guardian must supply transportation as well as accompany your child during the trip. Please check in with your teachers at the School Trip Entrance posts in the Parking Area at the scheduled times (please note this is not the shop/store entrance). Your prompt arrival is greatly appreciated.
WHERE: White Post Farms, Inc. 250 Old Country Rd. Melville, NY
Contact the preschool in the morning in case of inclement weather.
Parking: Cars are to park in the designated parking area on the West side of the farm.
TIME: Pickup Time: 11:15 am at The Rinx Preschool
Arrival Time: 12:15 pm at White Post Farms
ALL MINI DAY & AM CLASSES: Your child will come to school at regular time, but please pick up your child at 11:15 SHARP. Please send your child in with lunch on this day as they will be eating before their trip. No transportation will be provided by The Rinx. Please meet at White Post Farms by 12:15 pm. Our field trip adventure will begin at 12:30 pm.
MISS KAT’S 2 YEAR OLD AFTERNOON CLASS: There will be no regular class on this day. Please meet Miss Kat at White Post Farms at 12:15 pm. Our field trip adventure begins at 12:30pm.
Please note: If you cannot attend the trip, your child must still be picked up at 11:15 am, as all the classes will be attending the field trip.
COST: The cost of this trip will be $13.00 per child(18 months and older) and $13.00 per adult. Siblings and additional guests are welcome to attend. Please send in the attached form with the number attending and payment. Payment should be by check only and payable to “The Rinx Preschool Academy”. Payment must be returned to your child’s teacher by Tuesday, September 26th. Please put the check in an envelope with your child’s name and enclose the attached form. Unfortunately, there will be NO refunds for non-attendance.
