*CANCELLED* MWF White Post Farm Field Trip

OCTOBER 9th Trip has been cancelled due to the rain. We'll see you for the rain date on Friday, October 23rd.
Our White Post Farm Trip is cancelled due to the weather.
Our rain date for the trip will be Friday, October 23rd
We are very excited to be going on a special trip with all the children to White Post Farms. This will be a special time for you to share with your child. The following is the information about the trip.
WHEN: Friday, October 23rd for all the Mon/Wed/Friday children.
A parent or guardian must supply transportation as well as accompany your child during the trip. Please check in with your teachers at the School Trip Entrance posts in the Parking Area at the scheduled times (please note this is not the shop/store entrance). Your prompt arrival is greatly appreciated.
WHERE: White Post Farms, Inc. 250 Old Country Rd. Melville, NY
Contact the preschool in the morning in case of inclement weather.
Parking: Cars are to park in the designated parking area on the West side of the farm.
TIME: Pickup Time: 11:15am at The Rinx Preschool
Arrival Time: 12:15pm at White Post Farms
ALL MINI DAY CLASSES: Your child will come to school at regular time, but please pick up your child at 11:15am SHARP. Please send your child in with lunch on this day as they will be eating before their trip. No transportation will be provided by The Rinx. Please meet at White Post Farms by 12:15pm. Our field trip adventure will begin at 12:30pm.
Please note: If you cannot attend the trip, your child must still be picked up at 11:15am, as all the classes will be attending the field trip.
COST: The cost of this trip will be $11.00 per child( 18 months and older) and $11.00 per adult. Siblings and additional guests are welcome to attend. Please send in the attached form with the number attending and payment. Payment should be by check only and payable to The Rinx Preschool Academy. Payment must be returned to your child’s teacher by Monday, September 29th . Please put the check in an envelope with your child’s name and enclose the attached form. Unfortunately, there will be NO refunds for non-attendance.
