Permission to Pick Up

Dear Parents:

As a policy of the Hidden Pond Day Camp, we are not authorized to release a camper to anyone other than the parent or guardian of that child.  In the event that someone other than a parent or guardian will be picking up your child, please fill in the neccessary information in the form we have provided below.
