Attention Parents

(Regarding Medication Drop-Off)

If your child will require medication to be administered during the 2013 Camp Season, please take notice of the dates and times listed below when our Camp Nurse will be available to accept medications and the doctor's notes for permission to administer those medications.

The permission form from the physician is Mandatory according to the Suffolk County Department of Health Codes.

A nurse will be available on Saturday, June 15 2013 between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

A nurse will also be available on Saturday, June 22, 2013 between the hours of 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

As a reminder, your child may not have any medication in camp in his or her possession. We have many children who are allergic to various drugs. If any of these drugs should unknowingly fall into their hands, the results could be fatal!

Also, new this summer is a Department of Health mandate that requires a signed "Parent Permission Form if you would like your child to carry, apply, or have camp staff apply sunscreen. See permission Statement in your medical forms.
