ACCELERATION-20 Sessions (6-8 weeks)


•    3x per week
•    Pre/Post Test Assessment
•    18 Training Sessions
•    9 Hockey Treadmill or Super Treadmill sessions
•    9 Plyometric Training Sessions
•    18 Strength Training Sessions
 


MAINTENANCE- 8 sessions (8 weeks)


•    90 minutes
•    1 x Per week
•    Developing speed/maintaining biomechanics
•    3 periods of training blocks
•    Hockey Treadmill or Super Treadmill
•    Plyometric Training
 


TEAM TRAINING-8 sessions (10+ athletes)


•    8 Hockey Treadmill or Super Treadmill sessions
•    8 Plyometric Training sessions
•    8 Strength or Skill Training sessions
 


NUTRITION


•    30 minutes
•    Individually designed nutritional plans
•    Specific to the Athlete’s goals
•    Increase body definition
•    Enhance muscle building
•    Pre/Post training strategies
 


DARTFISH VIDEO SPEED ANALYSIS-1 Session


•    75 min Skating or Running consultation with Dartfish Technology
•    Video Breakdown and Analysis
•    1 on 1 DVD session review with trainer and athlete
