The registration form you are about to fill out is used by all the programs offered at The Rinx. On the registration form you will see questions that may not be specific to the program you are registering for. If you wish, you can leave those answers blank or if the question is required, please answer the question or choose Not Applicable from the drop down menu.

Please note that once you fill out the application for you and/or your family, the information is stored for future registrations. All information is stored securely and is used by The Rinx management only. No information will ever be sold or used for non official Rinx business.

If you wish to register for programs in the future, your e-mail address is your user name and the password is created specifically for you. Please store the password in a safe place. If any time you loose or misplace your password, you may request a copy to be sent to your e-mail address by following the directions on The Rinx home page.

You are now about to register for one of the many programs at The Rinx. Before you begin, please determine if you are registering as an individual or a family.

Please register as a family if you are registering a child or for any programs for children. If you are registering as an individual, with no other people in your family, please register as an individual. If you are registering as an individual but wish to register as a family at a later date, simply click on the link the says "Registering as a family" on the next screen. This option is always available to you.

Please continue the registration process by choosing Individual or Family.
